from looking at https://www.codestorm.co.uk it appears that they are the actually people at the end of the phone who deal with all Nintendo UK Customer Service enquiries anyway. Perhaps this email address was just another point of contact?

just googled the email address and its listed on BBCNews' website under "Replacing your strap".

when you complete the online it is meant to get passed on... i have completed 10 in the last 4 weeks and still nowt so i will keep you posted on turnaround time

I expect they've got quite a backlog and perhaps didn't anticipate the demand. I ordered my via the online form mid december (or as soon as it was announced) and only just received them on Monday. I suspect sending multiple reuests will only clog up the system further.

Just to let you know a friend of mine got his replacement straps delivered a couple of days ago - he did order them from before christmas, but not sure of the exact date.

Has anyone completed the form on the Nintendo UK website and received their replacement straps?

Would like some clarification if possible please as I used this form and just want to check that my requests are actually going to be processed.

I was directed to this form by Amazon UK.
