Digital TV PCI Card...channels missing

I have just installed a Vstream DVB-T PCI Card on my PC. Trying to get a hard drive recorder on the cheap.
But the signal strength looks poor on certain channels. On the Digi box all are fine.
I have installed a signal booster (can now get channel 5 on analogue..for first time) but not much success.
I either just do not get the program at all or at times (random) the picture and sound break up a bit.
Any ideas on how to sort this.

May seem a silly answer as the card should have been designed for a pc but the pc is probably interfering with the signal.
I have an analogue tv card and can see interference.
