01st October 2010 ordered a camcorder on line at Tesco Direct, turned up 2 days later. last week I noticed the swing out screen had become loose and was "drooping", phoned Tesco Direct who advised to return to store and let them assess it, did this on Saturday, they agreed it was faulty, a new one will be in my hands tomorrow, as they did not have one in store and had to order it in.
