Samsung Laptop Adaptor Problem

Please excuse the lack of technical termination! I had my laptop repaired under warranty by Samsung in April and the same problem has returned in that the connection where the adaptor plugs into is loose and won't charge the laptop.
I need some advice on the cheapest place to go to get it fixed? PC World or shall I just shop around locally? What should I expect to pay roughly?
Thanks :o

Expect to pay around £30-£60 depending on the labour rates at a shop. For it to happen twice you must really be ham fisted and I think you'll have trouble claiming on a warranty a second time for what is now quite obviously a fault caused by the user.

I am not saying it is not possible to claim but if it were my shop, the fact you'd claimed previously for the same problem would not get a favourable response from me. It would be "I will fix it but I'll be charging".

Oh and what's the technical term for the problem? Just so I don't sound like a moron on the phone!
