Hi,
I do the books and accounts for our familys small business and since january introduced a clocking in machine. It is a standard card one, but does not work out hours, so I have to. Having a few people, all different times in and out it takes a while.
I was wondering if anyone knows of any software which I could input times in and out, breaks etc and it would do some of the work for me. Or how to use a spreedsheet to do this. I am self taught on computors and never had any training.
Thanks for any ideas you may have

You could easily get a spreadsheet to do this. Don't know how good you are with spreadsheets and formulas.
If you take a look at this links they might help.

About 1/4 of the way down there's a section on timesheets and working out hours.
Alternatively there's a spreadsheet you can download from here

Hope that helps.Debts: Mum £3923 0% APR0
