The charges for credit cards are £12 (been reduced)
There are different departments and the credits cards is separate - instead it might be worth contacting customer relations though as a complaint?0 -
True, but aren't people still claiming the full charge back, especially ones before the OFTs comments?
From the sound of Jinx's original post, though, its still well worth the (minimal) effort even if it is anything above £12!
As for complaining to a different department, it sounds from the original post that Jinx has complained to just about everyone!
