I thought the 25% off wine finished yesterday in store. I'd be happy to be proved wrong though if anyone has got 25% off in store today

25% off wine has ended now.

Should have done this last week £10 morrison voucher and £5 DM voucher and recycling JTD vouchers ;)Happy days.

I would expect the wine not to compare in the not too distant future, as the 'hoards descend'

I had belatedly put in a pricecheck for the MrT £10 meal deal from 25/9/11 and the FINEST MONTEPULCIANO D'ABRUZZO price matched ok. Wasn't expecting it to.

I guess it will still give you a meal deal for £6.71 ie £3.29 JTD on the wine. Assuming you give the wine a value of £3.50 (try buying a bottle for much less ) then you're getting all the food for an effective £3.21, which is not bad for a meal for 2.

I've got a £6 off £60 as well, just remembered. ISTR it takes it off headline price so I could get (say) 3x wine £8.29, 3x Kiev £5.50, 6x spinach £2.50) = 56.37 and make it up to £60 with some milk £2.50 (buy 2x 4 pint, JTD 50p) and some odds & sods for £1.15.

That makes each meal deal £2 cheaper = (giving wine a nominal value of £3.50) = all the food for £1.29 a meal deal.

25% off finished yesterday - there was a sign still up in my Tesco today but an assistant saw us looking at it and when we went round again it was gone, so we didn't risk it. I'm sure it was still supposed to be on online until 4th but can't see it advertised on the site.
