Lateral Thigh Trainers for sale on ebay by user: finalgateway

I'm starting this thread and I hope to invite people who have bought from from the user finalgateway on eBay, and gather their opinions and advice. This user sells the exercise product "Lateral Thigh Trainer". You may remember it from TV ads, selling for around £90. This user sells them brand new for around £30. I am suspicious as to whether or not this is a counterfiet product, not only because of the suspiciously low price but also because:

The unit started screeching and squeaking badly after only 2 days of use. Its so noisy that I can no longer use it.
Also, it came with a black & white re-scanned user manual and very dodgy looking VHS-2-SVCD video.

The seller does not reply to any of my messages when I voiced these concerns. I have yet to leave feedback.
I hear the cry of the silence around me.

I brought a LTT from this seller over a year ago (i think it was this seller - sounds familiar), I paid about £55 (i think), mine still works fine. But it did come with a copied manual and a copied DVD.

When I originally did my research into LTT a lot of people did say that their machines made noises and some even broke (and those were the tv brought ones!). but apparently they are easily repairable by changing the chain and /or adding some oil onto the chain to stop it making nose.

If the oil doesn't work put the radio on, on high! the LTT does actually really work and i did lose a lot of weight by using mine.

    I've been Money Tipped!
I got a LTT a few month ago on ebay. Its not fake and I only paid £25. A lot of them are catalogue returns and QVC returns I think.

I do have real trouble balancing on mine though. I keep wobbling! I have not got past being on it for 6 mins yet

It it easy to oil the chain.. can you open up the LTT? Mine came with a special key thing, but I cant see where it goes, and theres no mention of it in the instruction manual.
