Back from town, will try to do HHC at 4pm as still gorgeous weather and WM will have finished by then so that can be included in HHC.

Wendywitch - there is a good comic shop in Canterbury - it was still there last time I went past if that helps with pressie hunting.

Well I managed to vac the front room, and pick up some of the clutter, but have had visitor this morning and been out this afternoon. Now need to rest up. Will have another go later to catch up with some of the days list.! It may take me some time to get into the routine of these things, and keeping up with the thread!. Although I have now started to pay for some cleaning to be done due to my ill health, but I should really do the clearing of the surfaces to make it easier for her!.
When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.

I went to work, then popped to the shops, came back and put the hoover round, then up to the school for the book fair and home to get the washing in from the line and put dinner on.

The house looks like a bomb site, everywhere I look there is "stuff!!!".........I don't know where to start. I suppose as it's LR day I should start here but the awning is here waiting to be stitched and I have piles of shoes bags and all sorts. I hate the end of the caravan season as we accumilate so much carp...the spare bedroom is busting at the seams!!

Oh and I need to get my college assignment done too!!!

Right I've had a little moan now, I best go do something!!!!!!

Afternoon all - I'm in but today has been 'bitty'

spent ages on the phone today sorting out DS and the hospital - no one had booked his scan ( now booked) his review appt, which they hadn't told us about - Wed - has been rebooked for next Monday.

I wanted (well needed) to spend all afternoon ironing but DD1 wanted help in town buying best mate's 21st pressie. So I told her - 'you've got an hour!' We sorted it too - I found a build your own boyfriend kit in Paperchase which sealed the deal - we were done in 35 mins!

DS at work, DD2 in town, OH down south sorting out his dad's place! Peace rules - back to the ironing...

I'm in again this week & hoping to do a better job than last week. :o
10lb to lose & keep off in 20204.5lb/10lb:rotfl:
  • went for another snooze after my last post and not long woken up

have made a start on dinner, we are having toad in the hole, so made the batter and the snorkers will go in when friends are on route home so that its almost ready not long after they get in.

havent done the presents so going to do that now and then have a shower and put my pjs on ready for an early night as im still tired :rotfl:

whilst dinner is cooking i will make a start on the kitchen, firstly by unloading the dishwasher and then wiping the sides down. most of the kitchen was done yesterday as got a wicked storage unit from costco which my friends put up for me yesterday so now i have better storage for the bits that need regular use but cant get put away properly as they would then be in and out of cupboards all day long.

got a tip run planned for tomorrow to get the last of the bits out the way, and then my friends are going to do a few jobs round the house for me that i cant do at the moment so come wednesday pm the house will be back to normal hopefully :D
