Morning everyone! Hope you all had good weekends. Didn't do much on the cleaning front in the last couple of days besides keeping on top of the kitchen. Did do a nearly new sale on Sat but wasn't that busy because of the weather. Hardly any clothes were selling (which was mostly what I had!) so only made £20. Going to try another one in a couple of weeks. We did clean properly under our bed though which was disgusting:eek: Was prompted to do it after a night of not sleeping thinking spiders were coming out from under it and crawling over me:(

Last week I did well at the start of the week, but I need to try and keep flying all the way up to Friday this time!

Monday ~ Living room, Hall and Stairs
    Level One

Declutter the floors.. make the stairs safe and the hall clear
Vacuum said floors.. and up the stairs.. it looks so much better when you have clear stairs
    Level Two
    Wipe the sofas
Wash any soft furnishings that are in need
Wipe the paintwork.. inc. the skirtings behind the sofas!
    Level Three
Clear all the paperwork into a box or bag, clearing those cluttered surfaces
15 minutes filing.. from above box/bag if you just filled one! Elsewhere if you didn't!
Dust and deweb those corners and mantel
Polish the electrical.. without blowing yourself up please!
    Extras
Wipe the hand rails, banisters and spindles
Clear and tidy up all the bags and coats and shoes
FIRES/BOILERS SERVICED, TEST RUN C/H TO CHECK IT IS OK BEFORE IT IS FREEZING AND GET THOSE CHIMNEYS SWEPT.. ESP. IF YOU BURN WOOD/PAPER AS IT STICKS TO CHIMNEY INNARDS! Can't do this as nobody will service the make of boiler we have. We've just got to hope we can afford to move house before the house needs a new one:mad:
binbag dance.. get some decluttering done!

    Plus:
    Quick wipe kitchen
    Load of washing
    Do invoices
    Make birthday card and post
    Prepare dinner
    Do some work

    Morning all! :hello:

Lots to do today, after I've had a fruit tea :) I'm still trying to keep my coffee intake low as I'm sure it's one of the things that causes my headaches :( That as well as the fact I needed new glasses, which I now have.

First thing I need to do is phone DD's school and make an appointment to see the head of their college about the situation with my XH etc and that I WILL be taking them out of school for a few days when he's released from prison cos they're scared of being at home :(

Please count me in again for this week.

Over the weekend I did the following:

    Washed dishes X 3
    Tidied kitchen work surfaces
    Cleaned kitchen work surfaces
    Cleaned fridge doors and handles
Cleaned the handles of all kitchen cupboards, and wiped down 2 doors
    Cleaned the sink
    De-cluttered the kitchen table
De-cluttered a litle of the living room and bedroom
    Knitted
Made leek & potato soup (well, I just threw some leeks in a pot with some potatoes, an onion and some veggie stock - hope it's alright)
Chopped up and froze some veg before it went off
De-cluttered a bottle of wine with the OH on Friday night and went from PMT nightmare to "I love everyone" (which was great!)
