hiya im a newbie i have sent 3 claims off (request statments stage)

1)abbey

2)natwest

3)nationwide

when i send off the request for my money back (refund of charges) can i invoice them for the cost of the letters i have written????

if the banks do not pay can i act as my own bailiff????? (that would be so swwweeeett sticking it to that smarmy git bank manager)

do it by the book and keep to the script , unless of course you are a certified baliff
