I am having problems rating my laptop (Windows 7 professional) - running the Performance Tool - I get an error message "cannot complete the requested assessment. This system does not have the necessary multi-media support to run the requested assessment"
Why ?
The laptop has just been rebuilt - all drivers installed - everything working fine....
