How do I request sar from mbna?
slippy
Ive had several credit cards in the past and they all had ppi on them, I have account details for only 2 cards and I need to know were I can get my old acc details for mbna for starters because I always had a balance of about £3,500 with them for about 5 years.
How do I go about requesting this info from mbna?
Thanks in advance

Hiya
If all the accounts were with the same business, then one SAR should cover for all, you enclose the one off payment by cheque or postal order of £10 and they have 40 calendar days, good luck.
SAR template letter below.

But......
As long as you have your reasons, and know you were sold and mis sold ppi, and of course by having the account numbers, you can continue to make a reclaim without the requirement of the above, unless you want to of course.
To make a reclaim, complete the reclaim questionnaire (for each complaint) as on step 3 below, remember to keep copies for yourself as well, good luck.

Thanks Di

I had about 5 cards in total, all with different banks, most of them pre 2005 so that would mean £10 each for the 4 that I need all the info on.
Because they were mostly pre 2005 do you think its worth while?0 -

Hi
If you want to SAR that is totally optional.
And unfortunately for each business its a separate SAR, but as said in my above post, you do not have to do this, but still continue with the reclaiming anyway.
Many have been successful even from accounts taken out in the 90's, so do give it a go.;) Good luck.:)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
