back in december PC was running really slow and then one day wouldnt allow us access to sites that are secure ie hotmail or oreder stuff on line.. so i ran avg and came back with 2 trojans, which it removed. but we are still haveing the same problem! uninstalled explorer 7 as was advised that this may have been the prob but no joy
now can get on some sites but not all ie OH cant get on a football site that no security is realy necessary and still cant acess hotmail etc (strange as have had to set up new emailwith yahoo and is fine)
have run every poss check with no joy
error message says: 0x800B0001
~OH thinks that a virus has removed smething that means windows/microsoft dont recognise our pc as he tried to download something formmicrosoft and wouldnt work

just restarted computer and i am on hotmail!! thank you!!!!!!!

Ok,Thats good.Any error messages you get just put them in Google.There be lots of answers from other people that have had the same error code0
