Hope this is in the correct place, if not i'm sure someone will let me know.
I have an EPSON BX610FW colour inkjet printer and it is having trouble feeding paper in. When i try to print the paper tries to feed in but the right hand side of the paper (as you look at the printer) doesn't seem to feed and the paper gets screwed up in the printer. Sometimes it tries to feed in the paper, doesn't, but continues to print as if it had.
I have replaced the ink cartridges and also changed the paper but to nio avail
Please somebody help before i throw the thing out of the window!!
Cheers

Do not mention compatibles, say genuine cartridges are used
If the printer is in warranty and they cannot resolve this, ask about changing it using their £10 contribution towards the courier plan. If you end up doing that, keep the power lead, remove the inks and the paper tray, whenever mine have been exchanged they have arrived with a new set of inks, so cheap at £100 -
Tried livechat ... they said take it to a service centre to be looked at and repaired. also asked about the exchange plan. Bloke i spoke too didn't know what i was talking about.0

Sorry that he didn't know about it, I asked them, here is the transcript
10/03/2011 12:24:15PM Santer: "I have had a number of printers replaced using an option to pay £10 towards the courier. I mentioned this to someone and when they enquired about it through live chat, the agent had no knowledge of such a thing?"
10/03/2011 12:25:55PM Agent: "Thank you for contacting Epson’s UK Customer Interaction Centre.
10/03/2011 12:26:00PM Agent: "Hello Santer"
10/03/2011 12:26:07PM Santer: "Hello"
10/03/2011 12:27:36PM Agent: "When in warranty and Epson has confirmed a hardware fault, you can take your printer to an Epson Express Centre and they will arrange a repair or replacement under the terms of your warranty or alternatively we offer a courier service direct from us for just £10 (towards transport) for a like for like quality assured replacement. The option of the Express centre can often be far more convenient for the customer.
10/03/2011 12:28:09PM Santer: "OK thank you"
10/03/2011 12:28:31PM Agent: "You're welcome."0 -
