Upheld claim but wrong name on form?

Just wondering if HSBC will decline my acceptance letter as I've claimed in my maiden name but want the money to go into a bank account with my married name on?
Can't get through on the phone at all and they seem to be ignoring emails, wondering if it won't be a problem or shall I pre-empt them by taking my marriage certificate and ID into a branch?

Sending them a copy of your marriage certificate would be a good idea, just in case. Otherwise there's a chance they may decide to play safe and instead of paying to the bank send you a cheque in your maiden name. Or delay payment while they question the name on the account.0

Well done on your success!
I would do what Dr Squeeze has suggested and it will be put right, its your money and it should not be declined because of this.
Good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
