Budgeting Electricity Prices For A Small Office? Can Some One Guide Me On What Costs?

We are looking to rent an office around 450sqFt.

While Heating is covered in the service charge we are still liable for electricity.

I am though clueless as to what to budget for this.

The office will consist of a max 5 computers, 2 Printers, A Radio, a Fridge Freezer, Microwave, a kettle, a fax and lighting (strip lighting).

Obvious the Fridge Freezer will be left on over night and one of the computers that is used as a server. Apart from that everything will be switched off between 6pm-7.30am

Anyone have any similiar requirements and explain what they pay monthly / annually for the electricity costs.

Thanks
