How long for my £30 to come through from moneysupermarket?

hi everyone, i switched to edf last month sometime. i actually went through moneysupermarket to do the switch and get me £30 cashback back in july but i didnt actually switch until the end of august. anyways just wandered does anyone know when and how i expect to see my £30 cashback? i havent heard anything from moneysupermarket at all

I switched with effect from early July via Moneysupermarket - I've had nothing! Thanks for the reminder!

Hi, you get paid when they get paid their commision, probably 2 to 3 months after the switch.

lo yeah right more likely to be 6 months after the switch.

They state you have to wait up to 90 days from the switch date for the cashback to be deposited in your account. They will only accept claims for non payment once that date has passed.

Switched to nPower wef 15th July and today received my £30 cashback from MSM; so this was just under the 90 days.

We "switched" to nPower back in July through MSM (I was actually already with nPower) and forgot all about this cashback. It popped into my bank account today, a nice surprise!
