hi,looking for advice I have previously had mortgage accounts with Kensington Mortgages taken out in 2003 thereafter I transferred to Future Mortgages which was taken over by Engage Credit last year and all of my mortgage arrangements where taken over by them,i,ve contacted them all about missold ppi and they all said i need to pursue the broker ie the mortgage finance store can someone point me in the right direction or should i just go straight to the fos

Do you not know who you arranged your mortgage with?
There are a number of businesses which trade or have traded under that name.0 -
You cant take it to FOS as you must complain to the company that sold you the PPI. Kensington did not sell direct to customers so you need to approach the broker as they are responsible for the sale.0
