How to untick?

Hi everybody. anyone tell me how to untick "keep printed documents" on Brother DCP120 printer please. Each time i try it puts the tick back straight away!!! I cant print coupons with the tick on!!!

I would suggest the folowing:-

Start -> Settings -> Printers and Faxes

Right click on the Brother Printer and left click on "Printing Preferences"

Make the required change(s) and click on OK.

This should then become the default settings for the printer.

Thanks for your help,did what you said but the tick comes back when i go back to check. Thing is when i take the tick off 3 other boxes they stay unticked.

have you tried using the tab key to select the option and pressing the space bar to activate it instead of using your mouse?

Cheers Joe did what you said still the same! Rang brother they said untick Spool Print Documents pleased to say coupons now printing. Thanks for helping.
