    I've looked at the terms and conditions and it doesn't say anything about notifying them of a change in circumstances so I'd just leave it.

    I would contact them and ask, there's nothing worse than them finding out and landing you with a huge bill for payments you weren't supposed to receive

    I'd go with Jetty too. E.On are very good with customer support. If you've asked and they said no problem, you could also ask them to make a note to that effect on the customer's file. Keep a note of who you spoke to and what was said anyway.

    Hi jull

    You do need to be in receipt of certain benefits, to be eligible for the Warm assist tariff.

    I don't think you can have the tariff from just receiving council tax benefit.

    I agree with victor2 and contact E.ON and let them know the new circumstances and they will be able to give you the info on other tariffs.
