Seller with no EBay account

Options
I bought an item from a seller with no EBay account although the logo shows on her advert. I paid for the item and payment was accepted.

She seems to think Paypal will forward the cash to her bank account.

An hourglass symbiol shows up when I check the transaction on EBay

Is this right ?

Thanks

You obviously mean that she has no paypal account, I didn't think that you could list anymore without having a paypal account as you have to offer it as a payment method.
Can you claim back the payment?

If she doesn't have a paypal account, she'll need to open one.

Why would the logo show on her account if she has no account ?

    Just interested.

It wouldn't and a seller cannot list without a paypal account. That woudl suggest that selller just made up a paypal ID to get round the blocks and should not therefore be trusted.

Are you able to recall your payment? If so do that and find yourself another seller but come back and ask again if first seller tries anything daft like reclaiming her fees.

If they ask tell them it seems you have been refunded because they did not claim payment.

Whatever you do do not pay by any other means.
