Trying to contact Lloyds tsb??

Grrrr ok have been trying to contact anyone at Lloyds since last week as they left a crypic message on my answering machine...
Have tried to phone more than 10 times , no one answers !!!
Have also emailed, just to be told they cant give me any information over an email??? pointless!!
Anyone know of any other ways as I am at a loss

What about the CEO?
I would email him and tell him your not getting any joy from the customer service team and will appreciate this being dealt with for as soon as possible, as a valued customer of the bank you feel they owe you that much at least, good luck.
