Best Landlords Mortgage

I have just purchased a buy to let property and would like to know what is the best bank account for the rental payments to be paid into and mortgage to go out of. Most bank accounts have a minimum monthly deposit amount, and as the rental income will be between £550-£600 a month this falls well below most.

Comments

  • Most banks have accounts which do not have minimum monthly credits.

As long as it is accessible to you ie internet access so you can check that the rent is being received does it matter?

you need to have a business account also.
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
  • If it is a single house that OP has to rent no business account is required.
