am I owed anything?

I have had a loan with loyds tsb which had ppi on it as did their credit card. I then refinance the loan but when I did this they told me ppi was not needed any more but I should take out a life insurance thing with scottish windows and it does not appear I pay ppi on the credit card anymore either.
Is there anyway I would be able to reclaim the ppi on that loan (which was refinanced and never paid off) or do I have no case?

You would need to explain to them why you believe the PPI on the original loan was missold.
There's some very useful information here: http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance?utm_source=forum&utm_medium=clicks&utm_campaign=resourcebar0 -
All that the bank said when I took the original loan is you need payment protection insurance incase you are made redundant.0
