    Good morning folks,

Unfortunately I've had spend days for Thursday and Friday. It's a bit early to predict how today will go, as I'm tempted to finish my Christmas shopping, as I hate it when the shops are very busy and incredibly warm! I hope everyone is enjoying the weekend so far and has a good one.
If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.

  • Thanks for the link LMH, I'll watch it this evening after a glass of two of wine - or is that not recommended?

Fingers crossed for your NSD and Iggy's return xx

I felt that beer helped me with the shock ;) In The Assassin Derren hypnotises a man to see if he can get him to assassinate a well known figure and in The Gameshow he is seeing how anonymity and being part of a group can change how you react and makes it easier to 'allow' yourself to be cruel.....v interesting!

    Hi everybody

My total for October is only 12 NSDs (2 short of my planned total) I am at work tomorrow so won't have chance to spend anything:j
We have been on hol this month though and I have made a start on xmas so I am still feeling quite positive. We are now home, recharged and ready for the winter, xmas and all the overtime my boss can give me (hopefully)
I hope everyone is keeping OK and ready for the winter months
    Now on with November
    Have a good month everyone

  • Today has ended up a spend day.I scalded two fingers of my right hand yesterday and have got some lovely big blisters,so had to get a prescription for dressings etc.I spend yesterday morning with my hand in cold water-it was the only thing that stopped the pain.I was supposed to be working this weekend as well, but can't go in.

    Anyway,I'm still at #16 and won't make my target,but 16 isn't bad.

Hope everyone is having a relaxing day.:)

    money_honey congratulations!

marmiterulesok - yikes! hope your fingers are ok

Spoony - yes you and me both was wondering whether I'd make double figures this month :o

well drum roll please....i'm up to 11 NSD now :j and 6 in a row :D

Didn't go out today but did go and mow the front lawn, then tackled the sleepers that we'd bought before I went away. Did the one at the front ok (replacing one that had been there and rotted) and also (though hadn't really planned to) replaced a manky plank of rotten wood holding up a flower bed at the back with a nice new sleeper. Now, I thought that would be simple but needless to say it took far longer than expected. Am totally shattered after a total of 4hrs digging and moving the sleepers, also don't suggest dropping one on your foot ...it HURTS! Oh, and pud came and peed on the bit I was digging as well...charming! Both look good though and it's another job done before the weather turns :A Tomorrow will deff be a day of rest, and, because of my flight times I don't seem to be suffering too badly with jet lag :j
