Ferroli Boiler Clock

Hi

My ferroli boiler clock has stopped working. It used to have an error code but doesn't anymore. Having searched the internet I can't find error code anywhere.

So best thing to do is buy a new one. Where's the cheapest place to buy a replacement ferroli clock.timer?

I have a ferolli domicondens f28 but I can't understand the clock instructions. It says ON = constant (depending on my thermostat I guess) and CLOCK = timed. I have ON & CLOCK symbol together but can't find anywhere what this means. What ever it means my CH seems to come on when it feels like it and not when it should but if I call out engineers and it's not a boiler fault I have to pay £140 ??

is there a fault code showing?
usually starts with the letter A or F.

Hi, I pressed the reset button and got a blank screen (left hand screen). What confuses me is it doesn't work on TIMED and it doesn't work on thermostat so I can't tell if it is the thermostat or boiler. Having said all that 5 hours ago it worked off the thermostat when I turned it up but now it doesn't ? Why doesn't the manual say what it means when TIMED & ON are both showing on the screen ?

yes I pressed reset switch to get some life in the thing and got a blank screen. It doesn't come on with the timer (came on once in 4 days) and when I press M to get manual and use the thermostat it works sometimes and other times it doesn't so I can't work out if it's the boiler or the thermostat. No error codes.
