Money Transfer from abroad

Hello,
I have been asked by somebody in Greece what would be the cheapest (yest safe) method for transferring a certain amount of Euros (between 5K and 10K) to a UK bank account. I assume that the charges for doing this through a Greek bank would be substantial.
Any ideas?
Many thanks.

Out of those I've used The FX Firm, and I've got an account with Moneybookers, although I haven't done any substantial transfers with them yet.Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
