Well i work with computers but starting to go another way and just thought if you could give me some information about each section
I am going training as a IT Technician/Support for a company with about 100< staff
The key tasks of the job are.
General Administration
Systems Checking
PC Maintenance
Domain Configuration
Report Writing
Fault detection
Fault Analasys/Repair
Preventative Maintenance
Answering Help Desk Calls.
If anyone could give me any information of what would be invloved for a compnay. I have never done anything like this and would like to read more information on each section. I have a couple of month untill i go.
Things like Fault Detection i understand but mosto f the rest i would like to know more about from people who actually do it!
Thankyou!
