Parents flew out today on 10 1/2 week super trip booked through the excellent staff at Thomas Cook. Hours of visits, phone calls, regular updates and personal contact with staff ensure that this will be the trip of a life time and when I went to pick up final tickets with Mum and she left her car keys there (dippy mare) they re-opened shop at 5.30 so we could get home
