Barcalys chaps operation failure

Hello All,
On the 27th of this month i walked into the local Barclay branch to make a Chaps payment from my personal account to my spouse account in HSBC (All accounts are local).
All details required for Chaps payment were filled correctly and as a proof a print out has been issued by the teller with payment reference number.
Couple of hours later i have logged into my Barclay account to check if the payment has been processed, to my amusement i saw over £23K has been processed from my account rather than £20K.
(Transaction on the statement shows money went to: To reconcile Manchester premier ADV)
Instantly i rang the Barclay customer support but in vain as they asked me to approach the branch next day.
28th I have logged official complaint walking into the Barclays branch of the error in Chaps payment and the teller acknowledge me saying there was an Chaps operations failure since that day i have been speaking to various customer relations manager.
Unfortunately nobody from Barclays is giving me proper answer as in when this will be resolved.
Kindly can someone please advise me if and when I will receive the payment.

Your problem is quite regular type to Barclays, forget your money for few weeks now.
