Hi there
Ive got a few claims for PPI REFUNDS going through via a claims company:mad:
I had a letter In february from the claims company to say that I was unable to make a claim from the company that I paid PPI too.
Anyway I contacted the 'Company' direct myself and they sent me out a questionaire, i filled it in and then they investigated......
Months passed and I recieved a letter from 'company' to say yes they were going to refund me and that they would sent a chq directly to me.
What they failed to tell me was that they had contacted the CLAIMS COMPANY and now I have recieved an invoice from them..........
What do I do?? after i have it in writing from CLAIMS COMPANY saying they couldnt continue the process

Hi this happened to me with brunel Franklin. Photocopy the letter they sent and send it back. They have no keg to stand on as they didn't peruse it. They wrote straight back to ne saying they had cancelled the invoice. You'll be fine, so glad I'd kept their letter saying they weren't perusing the claim!0 -
