  • Instead of saying nicking, how about liberating?
If I had words to make a day for you,
I'd sing you a morning golden and new.
I would make this day last for all time,
Give you a night deep with moonshine.
  • There have been quite a few glass offers posted on here. if you search for them I'm sure you will be able to find them. There was a guiness one which i recieved and more recently there was a sirrus one which i didnt apply for but believe many people recieved.
  • Maybe you could try installing laminate flooring - have broken nothing on mine since it's been installed, and plenty of glasses/cups/plates have been dropped on it!

Are you anywhere near an Ikea? Always dead cheap there...

tesco has some cheap ones too. i wouldn't touch those from a pub, hundreds of people drank from it, psychologically i would not mind to use it when i am out but not everyday at home and knowing they are not that hygiene. um.. just a thought, would it be more hygiene to drink from bottle directly and discard afterwards?

A simple clean makes it just as hygienic as the rest. If you are REALLY bothered a dishwasher would sort it out. We have a few pub glasses at home and no-one has quarels over drinking from them.

I think they want the branded ones i.e Stella, Strongbow. I have seen these in Christmas gift packs and you may find them cheaper now in the sales.
  • You can get a set of 4 glasses from Asda's Smart Price range for 79p.....which isn't bad!
