Hi

The Asus has a better processor, CPU Mark of 2221, the P360 used in the Dell has a CPU Mark of 1350.

Asus Pros

Longer Battery Life
HDMI output
Finger Print Reader

Dell Pros

1GB more memory

If it has a fingerprint reader then it will have an extra level of security. In other words; no fingerprint. no access.
