Hi.
My mobile phone stopped charging then found out my warranty expired three days after the 12 mths warranty ended.
I want to complain stating the consumer sale of good act that the phone was not fit for purpose because it did not last for a reasonable length of time.Do i complain to Orange who i had the phone off or do i go to the manufacturer.

You complain to Orange. You may need an engineers report to back up your claim, best to go in politly first and hope for goodwill before the "I know my rights speech". If they don't want to know, then you need to really know your rights before making a complaint have a good read through this http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=3073916 so at least you know how to go about it.0
