I would think it would be very useful to have all recent statements from your creditors.
I know CAB get up to date credit reports to make sure that no creditors are missed out but am not sure if this happens with Payplan.
Personally I would gather all paperwork together ready for your telephone call.0 -

I have all the agreement numbers and total costs written down just not the addresses of these places.
I have not defaulted on anything yet but I will this month so I dont have any letters from anyone yet.0 -
when people say set up a basic bank account what do they mean?0

Its a type of bank account, different from a current account and easy to get.
Make sure you choose a bank that isn't linked to your current bank. Its not so easy these days as they all keep buying each other!

they offer £5 reward each month for paying in a grand.
