    do I need all the addresses of the companies I owe or will payplan know them?

    I would think it would be very useful to have all recent statements from your creditors.

    I know CAB get up to date credit reports to make sure that no creditors are missed out but am not sure if this happens with Payplan.

    Personally I would gather all paperwork together ready for your telephone call.

    I have all the agreement numbers and total costs written down just not the addresses of these places.

    I have not defaulted on anything yet but I will this month so I dont have any letters from anyone yet.

    Its a type of bank account, different from a current account and easy to get.

    Make sure you choose a bank that isn't linked to your current bank. Its not so easy these days as they all keep buying each other!

  • thanks what about halifax? (currently with lloyds).

    they offer £5 reward each month for paying in a grand.

    why not a debit card?
