Transferring money from Dutch account to UK account

I'm currently working temporarily in the Netherlands (for 2 years) and getting paid into a Dutch bank account (RaboBank). I've still got all my current/savings accounts in the UK and I'd like to start moving my money from my Dutch account to UK one. What's the best way to do this? A straight international bank transfer (with incurred costs) or is there another way that might be worth my while trying out?
