Musty smell in back garden on the patio

Sounds like you have an excess of issues there puddy

I am guessing obviously but curing the causes of damp should be a priority as I cannot help but think they are related.
Where are the sources of your leaks in the house? Locating these might reveal a leaking joint or waste pipe which might be easily fixed. Are they on the same side of the house where the smell is?0 -
right, we have fixed the guttering today and the plumber is going to give us a quote as the leak under the sink is the stop !!!!
however, i have sourced the musty smell problem, it was the underside of the aluminium bistro table in the garden!! no wonder it was only when i was sitting out in the garden with a cuppa!0
