Excellent service from First Direct today! We moved into our new home 5 weeks ago and due to a change in personal circumstances we are having to move again, into rented until we can find another house. We were first told we would have to pay £11k of early redemption costs, but on explaining our problem they have agreed to waive this providing we renew our mortgage with them within a year. Great news for us!
