Excellent customer service from M&S

Bought a bare root climbing rose from them in April,and a week later a bush rose. Followed instructions to the letter, (soak for 24 hrs etc. )
Bush rose is beautiful, no sign of life on the climber, dead as a dodo.
Sods law, couldn't find the bill. Was in Marks, Widnes, today and just for curiosity thought i would ask about it, fully expecting to get "sorry can't help you need the bill ". Not a bit of it. I explained how much it was, and how i had followed instructions, result was a £7 credit voucher without even showing the dead rose. How is that for good customer relations? Well done the staff in Widnes.:T
