Signed up with OVO recently after running my energy usage through their cost calculator. First Direct debit would have me paying £200/year more than their calculation. Not a good start!Named after my cat, picture coming shortly0

I moved to ovo from bg and used to use the online account which was fab. Ovo you will get shock there online very behind times. Also when u first join them ring with the reading they lost my first online reading and I also got the warning that the meter readings were low. Overall ok but they need to work on there technology and online accounts0

OVO take over my BG account end of this month, spoke with OVO last week, also mentioned when I would have access to my on-line account, they said after takeover day and, I think when I require to submit my first meter readings? Sounds ominous regarding OVO website, I'll find out soon!
