AA Credit Card - Problem redeeming points

Have had a Rewards Plus credit card for a few months now and have earned a lot of points. (0.5% on purchases & 3% on fuel)
I have signed up to online card services and can log in and view my statements, balance, pending & recent transactions but there is no link or buttons to view or redeem my points. Although from the logon page it clearly states that you can log on and view / redeem your points. but not with mine it doesnt. I have emailed customer service and phoned but still not got it sorted. I have tried on another PC but still same problem.
Anyone else had this problem. ?

Yes, exactly the same problem here. After getting a couple of idiotic messages back where they ignored the problem completely I did get a message back yesterday to say that they are aware of the problem.0

Yeah, Its so annoying when they clearly put up a site thats not right. Another thing is they are advertising Mcafee security software for free from their site, and it says available from your account page but low and behold its not there either. Just hope they get it sorted soon.0

I also just tried logging in but site is now offline to do essential maintenance. " Yeah - put right whats not in place" Will see how it goes when its back up then.0

I posted about this yesterday on another thread. They told me that they are aware of the problem but I can redeem my points by phone once they reach 2000 ( = £20). They gave me an 0800 phone number to ring, which I will dig out if anyone wants it (its in their reply message which I'd have to log in to read).
The number of points is shown on the full statement.0 -
As an update to this, they have finally got the points website online. However, the cashback rate online is wrong - £20 cashback requires 4,000 points when it should be 2,000. I've phoned MBNA and made a complaint and they are going to call me back.

It looks like they've fixed it. When I click on Redeem My Points it now says £20 cashback needs 2000 points. I'm currently on 1691 points so I'm not quite at the point where I can put this to the test.0
