It seems that the general advise to 'wait for buying' is just going round in circles. I for one have had enough of the nonsence on this forum - it can just go on forever.

You forgot unemployment and no wage inflation, that was supposed to bring prices crashing down too.0

You've missed quite a few other clutched straws scenarios such as CGT changes, Housing Benefit changes, unemployment etc etc etc:wall:
What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.
Some men you just can't reach.

Being bearish or bullish doesn't have to follow whatever will make you better off y'know.
Base it on what you think after taking into consideration all the factors and then make up your mind. I can't see anything that's going to lift prices in any substatial way. But I can see lots which weighs down on prices. Therefore, I'm bearish.0 -

True, but most that are openly bearish about anything are usually trying to talk down the market for personal gain.
Investors do it all the time.
Is there anyone bearish on houses on this forum that is not looking to personally gain should they fall?
Wanting them to fall just for such a simple thing as being able to buy is personal gain, as it relies on someone else losing money/equity.
The same can be said from those that openly wan't house prices to rise.0 -
