Morning all,
Just a quick questions my wife 24 is a student and myself 25 is working full time 37 hours per week, Can you advise if i can apply for working family tax? i cant seem to find any information about students,

it isn't called working families tax credit anymore. it is working tax credit.
as you are 25 you would be eligable to claim, but it depends entirely on household income. any loans/grants that your wife receives will be classed as income.
the cut off point for wtc for a couple is somewhere in the region of 17-18k0
