West Midland Safari Park

Has anybody visited and would recommend a visit or put me off.

    I visited it and the kids loved it, however the monkeys caused £150 damage to my car by ripping out the front and rear windscreen rubber surrounds :mad: when I had calmed down, it made me wish for monkey stew ;)

    i posted a thread asking which was best Longleat or west mids and the consensus was west mids

    Its excellent. I grew up in Bham and used to go there with my parents as a child. Back then, they would let the animals loose on the cars and they used to cause a lot of damage. Nowadays, thats not the case. Firstly, the place is a lot busier so the animls woudl just get in the way. Apparently, it is the best Safari Park in the UK.

  • I'd recommend West Mids Safari Park everytime...

    Although now that they've got rid of those pesky monkeys that could rip the seal out of your windscreen faster than any autoglass fitters, the drive round is not half as exciting, especially when it was someone elses motor!
