View Booking Online

I have just tried to view my booking online. Entered my confirmation number and debit card number correctly three times and each time was told that this was the incorrect information. On the fourth occasion I received a message telling me that I should contact the Reservation Contact Centre. At 10p a minute, with Ryanair's reputation, I do not intend to do this.

Any suggestions what I could do as it is Ryanair's mistake?
