Any joy with lloyds ppi taken out over 6 years ago?

Hi,

My husband and I have put in a complaint to request our PPi back.

My loan was taken out in 2003 and only ran for 6 months as I had the loan rescheduled to take the PPI off after seeing watchdog and discovering that what they had done to me was wrong. My PPI totals just 280.

After putting in my complaint my Husband called and his PPI totalled 1500 and he didn't even know that he had it. We're not sure of his dates but think that it would have been around 2003 and ran for 5 years.

Now, I know that there are some huge waiting lists for offer letters and then further waiting for pay-out so i am not expecting anything soon (complaints logged 8th August). But, do any of you know people who have had their PPI back on a loan taken out so long ago please?

I had loans with LTSB dating back to 2001 I had no paperwork either I sent them the FOS questionnaire and I have recieved offers totalling just over £7000 pounds

Give it a go - they can only say no and if they do to the FOS you go...

So far I have been successful via Lloyds, as from late 90's to present accounts, and they are also currently investigating another 2 from the mid 90's.

Hi My hubby has 3 xHBOS complaints 1 upheld and figures given,the other two still pending from 05/05/2011 ,he sent his acceptance form back on the 22/09/11 and has not recieved payment yet.
How long before? the money is paid in to the bank
Does any one know the CEO e-mail of HBOS.
I rang HBOS about my complaint that has been upheld though no figures given and was told that they are waiting for a calculation from the team who review the statements.
They will be in touch in due course, now waited 6 months
He was very nice ,but I am a bit peed off cos I have waited 6 months,do I just wait .?
