    It's all well and good seeking advice on these boards, unfortunately many of the frequent posters gave a shaky knowledge of law, to say the least. Consumer law, as with most areas of kae, is usually quite complex. Theta why highly qualified judges decide cases rather than chat room / Barrack room lawyers.
    Take on board or dismiss all opinion offered but take a look at the history of some of the regular contributors to assess the validity of their opinion.
    Seek at least two qualified opinions before putting any weight on the opinions posted here .
    My two penneth is that if the faults were reported esrlt on then you can reject the car, get a full refund and buy elsewhere . But that opinion is a worthless as all the other advice on here.
    Seek proper consumer advice, perhaps for free through shy motoring organisation you may be a member of.
