hi there i have my virgin box and xbox connected through hmdi, when i tried to use them i get this message ( i have changed no settings
"Mode Not Supported, The Resolution is not supported on this TV. Please change the resolution"
i reset the tv to factory settings no luck could there be a fault with the tv?? , many thanks

The most obvious question, what resolution do you have the two sources set to? Which model of TV do you have? Did they work previously? If they did, has anything changed since they worked?0
