Update 3 Blackhorse Loans

Quick update regarding my BH complaints. I have supplied BH with documented evidence that I had PPI cover elsewhere at the time of taking out three loans with them. They have upheld one, but not the other two after originally rejecting all three...bear with me!!!!..

The one they have made me an offer on is as follows.

Taken out in 2003

Cahs price £12669.00
Cash price for PPI £1583.59
Total cash price £14252.59

Interest £3125.21

Total amount payable £17377.80
APR 8.4%

The offer they have made is
Refund of premiums including interest £997.91
Interest at 8% £585.13
Total £1538.04.

They are saying because I cant prove that my other PPI policy was still running, then they are only making at partial refund. I sent two further letters about my PPI which clearly state that the policy was being renewed!!!!

Is it because the business may not have been regulated when you taken out the other 2 perhaps? They do seem to reject if this is the case, although they could have still considered them.

Does it say its a final decision or not, you could still write to them again, ask them to reconsider with your reasons and give any further details you may have, ask them to get back by 14 days, good luck.
